ABOUT PROJECT

The project includes a study tour, workshops and monthly calls to share best practices in non-formal education, local chapter development and public sector partnerships between NGOs from Latvia, Sweden and Denmark.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Cooperation

Cooperation is a key priority for this project. Cooperation that not only covers the partnership between the three countries, but also promotes internal communication between the organisations, cooperation with external partners and maintaining relations with existing ones. Successful cooperation will result in building the capacity of the organisation to be able to influence processes at a new level.

Education

One of the main objectives of the project is to promote cooperation between Latvia and the Nordic countries, therefore the main priority of the project is the exchange of good practices between experts from 3 countries - Latvia, Sweden and Denmark - in order to improve the knowledge capacity of youth workers and experts in the field.

Sustainability

The project ensures sustainability by improving the capacity of NGOs through training, knowledge transfer and the adoption of best practices. The organisation is equipped with essential skills and resources, promoting long-term sustainability and effective functioning, ensuring continued impact and successful follow-up.
