A methodological approach to improving the internal system of NGOs

The project supports the NGO sector in Latvia by integrating new methods and developing systems to significantly contribute to the development of organisational competences and strengthen youth work.

ABOUT PROJECT

The project aims to support the NGO sector in Latvia by integrating new methods and developing systems, such as quality management, database development, membership promotion and others, which will ensure capacity building and sustainability of the organisations.

The project's objective will significantly contribute to the development of the organisations' competences and strengthen youth work.

The target audience of the project is youth NGOs and youth centres across Latvia, as well as young people.

PROJECT TASKS

  • Methods for capacity building and organisational sustainability will be developed within the Society.
  • The methods developed will be refined and developed to ensure their effectiveness. 
  • A study on the impact of the project activities on the NGO sector will be carried out.
  • The acquired knowledge and improved methods will be transferred to other youth organisations in Latvia, thus strengthening the NGO sector as a whole.
